Bibisinuoluwa Agarah is the Administrative Lead at The Psychological Foundry for Human Development Initiative (PFI). A Psychology graduate from the University of Ibadan, she brings to her role a blend of research insight, organisational skill, and a strong commitment to community service. Her work supports the effective coordination and growth of PFI’s programmes, ensuring that the organisation’s vision is translated into meaningful action.
During her undergraduate years, Bibisinuoluwa actively sought opportunities to enhance her research capabilities. She served as Team Lead for the Social Sciences, Humanities, and Law Cluster of the University of Ibadan Research Club, where she guided student researchers in developing innovative ideas and interdisciplinary projects. She also participated in the California Stress, Health, and Resilience Research Training Programme (2023–2024), where she explored the interaction between stress, resilience, and decision-making from both psychological and biological perspectives. These experiences deepened her interest in applying scientific knowledge to everyday human challenges.
At PFI, Bibisinuoluwa oversees administrative planning, communication, and operational support, contributing to the seamless execution of initiatives that promote psychological well-being, research, and innovation. She is especially interested in the intersection of neuroscience and technology. She is passionate about exploring how these fields can be integrated to improve lives and expand access to psychological knowledge.
Beyond her professional and academic engagements, Bibisinuoluwa finds expression in literature and storytelling, viewing them as powerful ways to understand human behaviour. She believes that stories, like research, have the capacity to connect, heal, and inspire change. Her dedication to psychology, community, and creativity continues to guide her evolving journey as a researcher and advocate for human development.
