A Commitment of Wisdom

A Luminary's service is defined by two essential, interconnected commitments that ensure their wisdom translates into tangible, high-impact results for the organisation.

1. The Monthly Masterclass and Council: Each month, Luminaries conduct a masterclass for our Scholars and Vanguards, sharing their expertise on a variety of important topics, from clinical practice in Nigeria to advanced neuropsychological assessment and behavioural innovation. After the masterclass, Luminaries form a strategic council that offers high-level guidance directly to our leadership, helping shape our long-term vision, review our projects, and uphold ethical standards.

2. The High-Impact Service Role: Beyond their monthly session, each Luminary commits to a two-year-long leadership position that integrates their expertise into our daily operations. A Luminary might serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our team, a Curriculum Dean overseeing our educational programmes, or a Lead Research Advisor guiding a major PFI research project. This role carries significant responsibility and uses their expertise to make a direct, lasting impact.
