Become a Team Lead
Team Leads are responsible for providing strategic and technical guidance to their teams. They oversee the execution of our activities and ensure the team meets its objectives. Our teams range from Research and Development to Programmes, Content, and Design. Team Leads also oversee the volunteers who handle daily tasks to ensure PFI achieves its mandate.
All applicants for Team Lead position must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in psychology.

Become a Team Specialist or Core Volunteer
Team Specialists are skilled executors who bring technical expertise and creativity to PFI’s work. Specialists are the builders and craftsmen of our mission. They take charge of specific deliverables within teams, ensuring that the outputs are not only completed but meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Core Volunteers are dependable contributors who provide essential operational and administrative support across teams. Core Volunteers are the steady hands that keep the PFI machinery running smoothly. They assist with day-to-day tasks, manage processes, and ensure seamless execution of team functions.
For the Specialist and Core Volunteer positions, a degree is not required. Therefore, anyone from a first-year undergraduate student to a seasoned professional may apply.

It is a rigorous training programme for psychology students and professionals who are ready to move beyond the classroom and apply their expertise to real-world projects. Through a carefully structured curriculum, members of the Catalyst Programme gain practical experience in research, ethical frameworks, and collaborative initiatives. It is designed to be a transformative journey, equipping psychologists with the practical skills and professional community they need to make a tangible impact.
The Catalyst Programme is the exclusive route to becoming a member of PFI. Anyone who seeks to join PFI MUST go through the Catalyst Programme. It serves as the testing ground, the incubator, and the access point to a lifetime of purpose-driven work.
