The Psychology of Everything: Our Curriculum of Integration

Their learning is our core focus. Our unique curriculum systematically integrates psychological principles into their professional discipline.

Learning by Doing: They work together in cross-functional teams alongside psychologists—a marketer collaborates with a Scholar to apply insights on anxiety to a public campaign, while a lawyer partners with a Vanguard Fellow to understand the psychology of persuasion in advocacy. Throughout, they gain deep psychological insights and learn how to apply them practically.

Targeted Upskilling: Our weekly "Psychology in Practice" workshop is exclusively for the Cornerstone Corps. These sessions explore topics such as The Psychology of Communication, Human-Centred Design, and The Psychology of Leadership, linking these principles directly to their professional field.

Accountability for Growth: To ensure they are actively learning to think like a psychologist, they complete a "Psychological Integration Brief" after every major project, answering three key questions: What psychological principle did I observe? How did it lead to a better outcome? And how can I use this insight in my professional field outside of PFI? This is how they build a powerful, demonstrable expertise.
