Samuel Emmanuel Nues is the IT and Technology Lead at The Psychological Foundry for Human Development Initiative (PFI), where he supports the organisation’s digital infrastructure and technology-enabled programmes. In this role, he manages digital systems, provides technical support, and ensures effective integration of technology into PFI’s operations and service delivery. His work enables seamless collaboration, strengthens programme implementation, and supports the Initiative’s mission to advance psychology through innovation and community engagement.
Trained as a Civil Engineer, Samuel has since transitioned into data analytics and technology-driven development, bringing a systems-oriented, analytical approach to his role. He holds professional certifications in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and in District Data Analysis from the World Health Organisation (WHO). He has contributed to data and technology initiatives with organisations including Mercy Corps, Sydani Group, and Impact Water Nigeria, where he supported evidence-informed decision-making and programme optimisation.
In addition to his technical expertise, Samuel has completed training in Human Resource Management at the Bwari School of Entrepreneurship and Skill Acquisition, Abuja, strengthening his understanding of organisational systems, people management, and workplace dynamics. He has also gained hands-on IT experience through volunteer roles, including with the Relume Care Foundation, further expanding his adaptability and capacity to support mission-driven organisations.

He thrives in team-based environments and is deeply invested in continuous learning, skill development, and the use of technology as a tool for social good. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys research, travel, and lifelong learning.
