Emmanuel Adewale is the Director of Programmes at The Psychological Foundry for Human Development Initiative and a research data analyst at Eagle View Analytics. He has held various roles, including Research Project Manager at Itonee Limited, where he led and supported diverse research initiatives across interdisciplinary fields.
Emmanuel earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ibadan. His research interests focus on executive functions in both clinical and non-clinical populations, with a particular emphasis on memory processes and inhibitory control.
Besides his professional roles, Emmanuel has served as a lead research assistant on multiple projects and as a mentor to undergraduates, helping them develop strong foundations and an interest in research design, data analysis, and academic writing. He is passionate about teaching, research capacity building, and bridging the gap between psychological science and practical applications in education, mental health, and policy.
Beyond his formal roles, Emmanuel is committed to promoting open and accessible research practices, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, and raising awareness about mental health. He enjoys sharing knowledge through mentoring and is deeply dedicated to supporting the next generation of psychology scholars and practitioners to thrive.
